Alexandria Port authority (APA) spokesperson, Reda Al-Ghandour revealed on Thursday that marine traffic restored its regular status after a wave of torrential rains, Al-Bawaba News reported. "Straits of Alexandria and Dekheila resumed their functions," Ghandour said, explaining that marine services department carried out 86 tasks during the last 36 hours to end ships entry from outer anchorage. Head of APA, Medhat Atteya stressed the coordination between entities of concern to ease entrance and departure of ships in order to check quality of shipments.
