Horoscopes:
Truth is of the essence
By Imhotep
Who is your cup of tea, my dear Crabs, as people born under the Cardinal Water sign of Cancer (22 Jun-22 Jul) are sometimes called? Those whom everyone else finds burning hot may not do it for you. Indeed, Imhotep understands that for typical Cancerians, the conventionally attractive goes so far, and no further. You see qualities that those who do not look very deep are liable to miss.
Deep emotions come your way in June, especially towards your birthday. June Cancerians are bound to come across many joyful experiences in the weeks ahead. July Crabs are often all too eager to reach the pinnacle of the ambitions. Remember, dear Cancerians, that people don't always get to their destination in one giant step.
You are so excited that you just can't hide it. You are in an unusually argumentative mood, and that sparks all kinds of interesting debates with all types. New connections really go somewhere right now.
You are on such a high. Good. Nothing brings applause like responsible behaviour. Do your best to take care of others. If this means burning the candle at both ends, set aside and tend the home fire instead. The future matters more than ever. You're running on empty. Slow down before you have an accident. If you must keep going, fill the next few weeks with simple, unimportant things. In the best of all worlds, you'd step back from the edge and sit down.
You are putting out fires everywhere, my dear Lions, as people born under the Fixed Fire sign of Leo (23 Jul-22 Aug) are sometimes called. And people in your life are grateful. It is a great combination of luck, opportunity and reflexes that let you move so quickly. While this is satisfying, you may need to downtime soon.
Ruled by none other than the majestic Sun, Imhotep knows that Lions are full of contradictions. And, that it is also very hard for you, my dear Lions, to trust, but you must learn to be more discerning, and a better judge of character.
You need to live authentically and you cannot ignore that any longer. Nor should you. Put your money where your mouth is and follow your instincts, even if it means rocking the boat. Stick to your guns.
You can be brazen about it if you need to be, but a soft touch is far better. Truly entitled people take what's theirs without announcing it. Anyone could do this, but luckily for you, the Stars decree that it's your turn.
Indeed, Imhotep foresees an unexpected income -- a lump sum which will help you deal with a fair share of your financial headaches, which will help you focus on romance. Imhotep predicts a very nice gambling pot and your spirits, my dear Lions.
Cupid's arrows are flying all over the place, my dear Virgoans, as people born under the Mutable Earth sign of Virgo (23 Aug-22 Sep) are sometimes called. Be that as it may, somebody may not be saying exactly what they mean. Will you demand that they cut the bull. Or will you cut them some slack?
Telling it like it is from your perspective might prompt some honest dialogue. Change and growth are the name of the game. If you fight the turn of the tide, you will get increasingly comfortable reminds from the universe about what path you need to be on. Make things easy for yourself, please.
The weeks ahead are a time for renewal of the spirit. You get a burst of earthly energy that compels you to take action. In fact, this is a time for spiritual regeneration. Imhotep notes that the weeks ahead will see a sea change of emotional upheaval. It is all for the good.
Just in the nick of time, someone will give you the opportunity to invest all that energy you're feeling in an entirely different type of activity than what you were using it for. So smile, laugh and be pleasant. No more bickering and bad-mouthing.
Schedule a date with yourself as soon as possible. Read a best-selling book or a heart- warming novel, go for long walks or to the cinema and relax.
Look out next week for Imhotep's reading of Libra, Scorpio and Sagittarius
