Horoscopes:
Smiling companions
By Imhotep
Are you headstrong or heartstrong at the moment, my dear Crabs, as people born under the Cardinal Water sign of Cancer (22 Jun-22 Jul) are sometimes called? Those whom everyone else finds burning hot may not do it for you. Indeed, Imhotep understands that for typical Cancerians, the conventionally attractive goes so far, and no further. You see qualities that those who do not look very deep are liable to miss.
Crabs understand that in some situations, the solution becomes a much larger problem than the original predicament. If you act too fast to try and make your problem go away, havoc could ensue.
If you have been longing for some change, get ready to embrace it in all its chaotic glory. It may be hard to get a good grasp, at least at first, but try to envelop it in a big bear hug.
Typical Cancerians want to be up close and personally involved with everyone. And you, my dear Crabs, may just come across a bit of fine luck when it comes to romance in the weeks ahead.
Let a smile be your constant companion and you could be pleasantly surprised at all the love that comes right back at you.
Give yourself a makeover -- physically and spiritually, my dear Lions, as people born under the Fixed Fire sign of Leo (23 Jul-22 Aug) are sometimes called.
There is nothing wrong with hopes and dreams, but at the moment try to keep them within reach of reality to avoid unnecessary disappointments.
If you are looking for a little genuine appreciation, the stars say now is the time you can find it. Try making an overture or two, whether online or off -- maybe on the phone or face to face -- and let them experience your genuine charm and charisma.
Make sure, however, that you weigh all your options before you decide on one course of action, my dear Lions. This is especially apt if someone in your life is insisting that you don't choose now then all will be lost. That is just not true.
By mid-April, there will be plenty of opportunity to express your innermost thoughts and feelings. If there is something on your mind, go right ahead and get it out there. Now. Let it dash forward, unfettered. In other words, just say it. You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.
Cupid's arrows are flying all over the place, my dear Virgoans, as people born under the Mutable Earth sign of Virgo (23 Aug-22 Sep) are sometimes called. A friend can offer very valuable assistance when it comes to a matter of the heart. Everything might not be as clear as you had hoped. However, believe you me, all the telling signs are there before your very eyes: the writing is on the wall. Look hard enough and you shall see.
Learn to deal with ambiguity by letting it exist. If you act too rapidly to try and make it go your way, havoc could ensue. Be patient. Wait for the right moment. There is a time and a place for everything under the sun, my dear Virgoans.
With so many goings-on around you at the moment -- at home and at work -- it is time to take extra-special care of yourself on multiple levels. Make sure you are doing all you can for your mental and physical health. Be especially careful to hold on tenaciously to a positive frame of mind. And ironically, sometimes the solution you hastily conjure up becomes a much larger problem than the original solution.
Remember, my dear Virgoans, it may be hard to get a good grasp on reality in the weeks ahead. Stay strong, and press on with your fabled single-minded determination. And, mark my words, dwelling on the past and perceived failures would not help you in any way. Let a smile be your companion.
Look out next week for Imhotep's reading of Libra, Scorpio and Sagitarious
