Ahly sign Ismaily's Khairy for five years

Ahly have officially signed a 5-year contract with Ismaily midfielder Ahmed Khairy, the Cairo giants announced on Sunday, not disclosing the financial details
"Ahly's marketing manager announces that Khairy signed a 5-year contract following extended negotiations," read a statement on the club's official website on Sunday.
"Khairy will join Ahly's training after the game against Zamalek in the CAF Champions League on Wednesday," the statement added.
The 25-year old midfielder Khairy refused to extend his stay with Ismaily after his contract expired last June because he did not receive delayed fees from the Dervish.
Early on Sunday, the Cairo giants announced the signing of Zamalek's former left-back Sabri Rahil, also for five years.
Ahly are preparing to face Zamalek in the group stage opener of the CAF Champions League on Wednesday in El-Gouna stadium.
