Former Zamalek striker Mido to sue club over unpaid fees
The striker who retired recently says he would file a lawsuit against Zamalek over his unpaid dues, reversing his earlier decision to drop the financial dues owed to him by the club

Former Zamalek striker Ahmed Hossam 'Mido' revealed on Tuesday that he would sue Zamalek's board and president Mamdouh Abbas over his unpaid dues.
The 30-year-old, who has retired from football recently, initially said he would drop the $640,000 which owed to him by his boyhood club but he later reversed his decision, saying he does not trust incumbent chairman Abbas.
The former Ajax, Olympique Marseille, Tottenham and AS Roma man said he will spend the money himself for the benefit of the team rather than letting Abbas make use of his dues.
"There is no conflict. I will receive my money through court and I will spend it for the development of the club's youth sector," he said in a television interview.
"I have no trust in the club's current board and I will not let them use my money."
