The Egyptian Ministry of Solidarity and Social Justice stopped the attempted smuggling of a number of ration commodities before they were smuggled onto the black market. The smuggling attempt was foiled in coordination with the public management of supply investigations. Yasser Fathy Ibrahim Rezk, secretary of the Egyptian Company for Wholesale Food Commodities in Shebin Al-Kom village, was found collecting 8.927 tons of oil rations and 3.700 tons of rice with the intent to trade them.
