CAIRO: A march honoring protesters with wounded eyes entitled “Freedom eyes” has been called for by the Egypt Revolution Party after the first phase of civilized Egyptian parliamentary elections. Participants in the march will wear a patch over one eye in support of the wounded, said the party's official spokesperson. He added that Ahmed Harara will also be invited after he lost his second eye in the November 19 clashes, losing the first on January 28. The party urged Tahrir's protesters to demand those who shot peaceful protesters be prosecuted. The party will hold a press conference to view medical reports affirming security forces' use of toxic tear gas against peaceful protesters, as well as photos of wounded protesters in Kasr al-Einy Hospital being neglected by authorities.
