ARISH, EGYPT: Seven unknown bodies from a morgue in Arish will be buried after the Attorney General of the North Sinai governorate, Abdel Naser al-Tayyeb permitted hospital authorities to do so. The bodies were recovered in different locations around the governorate. The bodies were DNA-analyzed, photographed, and fingerprinted. The Attorney General's office decided to call for a forensic team to perform autopsies in order to identify the bodies and to ascertain why they were in the desert. A medical source told Youm7 that any unknown body is kept for 90 days, after which they are buried.
