First general attorney General of Central Cairo Amr Fawzy permitted the burying of 22 bodies of the Maspiro victims on Sunday October 9 after being autopsied. He also ordered to reserve another four unidentified bodies. The general attorney is investigating the site of the clashes. They found 27 burned cars, including military police cars, armed forced cars and citizens cars. The general attorney will not investigate the protesters in the clashes on Sunday. The military police took this case instead because they were the ones who arrested the accused. It is expected the military attorney will start investigation and then transfer the accused to the general attorney. In related news, hundreds of Coptic Christians headed to the Coptic hospital in Ramsis Street since the morning to receive their relatives' bodies. Many victims' family fainted after seeing their relatives' bodies in hospital. Youm7 met some of victims' families and injured, who confirmed the military police assaulted them.
