Israeli newspaper Maariv revealed Cairo directed a firm and strongly worded letter to Israel, forewarning against any attack on Gaza strip, a few days ago. The letter was published in Marriv newspaper today, including a threat from Egypt to Israel saying if the Israeli army attacked the Gaza Strip, the Egyptian government will have to cut all relations with Tel Aviv according to the Egyptian public's opinion demand. Israeli political sources said Tel Aviv understands the Egyptian critical situation under the pressure of the Egyptian public. Tel-Aviv replied and accepted to maintain relations between both countries. The Israeli government had sessions, headed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, where they decided not to enter the Gaza Strip by land forces and stop air attacks on different sites of Hamas Movement.
