The Spanish Attorney General opposed the Spanish prosecution's decision to release Hussein Salem, the Egyptian fugitive businessman, on a 27 million Euro bail, as Egyptian Attorney General Megid Mahmoud has asked. Judge Pablo Rose ordered Salem to pay 27 million Euros—15 million Euro to depart to Egypt, and 12 million Euro for a Spanish money laundering case. Salem's son has been ordered to pay six million euros in the same case. Salem's release is due to his bad health. He has entered a hospital in Madrid.
