EZZ Steel accepts Ezz's resignations and company's shares increases

CAIRO: Board of directors of EZZ steel accepted Ahmed Ezz and Saad Abu al-Kheir's resignations. Since their resignation, the company's shares increased by 2.4 percent after major drops in last few days.
EZZ Steel sent a notification to the Egyptian Stock Exchange on Thursday of a major change in the Board of directors by appointing Philip Ckijan as chairman. Among the other members are Mohammed Raed al-Beblawi, Gamal Amr Nagib, Mamdouh Fakhr al-Din, Mohammed al-Berry, and Fayez Ali Zein al-Abdeen.
