Zamalek open African campaign in Chad

Zamalek have been drawn against Chadian minnows Gazelle in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.
The draw was made in Cairo on Monday, with defending champions Ahli given a first-round bye.
Egypt's other representatives Zamalek will open their campaign on February 15/16/17 away to the club who have only made one Champions League appearance.
The Whites, who won Africa's top-club competition five times, will then host Gazelle in the second leg on March 1/2/3.
Egyptian champions Ahli will face the winner of the match between St. Michel United of Seychelles and Kenya's Tusker in the round of 32.
