Bani Yas forward Mohamed Zidan did not enjoy the best of league debuts after picking up a hamstring injury during his side's 2-0 league defeat against Al-Shabab. The Egypt international, who joined the Emirate side in the close season on a free transfer, was stretchered off the pitch after pulling a hamstring in the 33rd minute of the game. It remains to be seen how long the former Mainz man would be sidelined as Bani Yas meet Dubai Club on Friday.
