Amr Zaki is one of nine foreign-based Egyptians named for next month's friendlies against Iran and Tunisia, the FA said on Saturday. The Elazigspor striker, who has been left out of Bob Bradley's selection several times of late, was recalled after featuring in the last couple of league games for his club. Zaki is the only addition to the abroad-based players as Lierse full-back Ahmed Samir Farag made way after sustaining a long-term knee injury. Bani Yas striker Mohamed Zidan remained out of favor despite an eye-catching debut for his club; a decision that suggests that his problem with the Egypt management is far from over. The other Emirate-based star Shikabala retained his place while the likes of Ahmed Hegazi, Essam Al-Hadari and Mohamed Salah were routine picks for Bradley.
