Egyptian FA chairman Samir Zaher warned Zamalek that forfeiting the Cairo derby will cost them the match points. The Whites said they are not ready to play the game on Wednesday night after the FA informed them of the initial decision to postpone it, hours before the Ministry of Interior gave an order to restore the fixture. Responding to Zamalek football director Ibrahim Hassan's comment that his side ‘will not play the game as the club do not deal with the ministry', FA chief Samir Zaher issued a warning to the Cairo club. “The match will be played on time following the orders from higher authorities,” Zaher told FilGoal.com. “The team who will not play will be forfeited and will thus lose the game. “For the sake of Egypt, I am urging Zamalek to backtrack on their decision not to play the game.”
