But the quality of the Reds' late consolation surely lightened some of the gloom, suggesting the beginning of the Abou-Treika reign. 3-Zamalek 2-4 Ahli (2004) The Abou-Treika era has begun with a brace against Zamalek in the emphatic 4-2 victory; it was the first for Ahli over their arch-rivals in some time. 4-Arab Contractors 1-3 Ahli (2005) A magnificent lob with his weaker foot capped Treika's only hat-trick with Ahli when the superb number 22 single-handedly downed Contractors. 5-Ahli 4-0 Gaish (2006) Treika puts the icing in the cake with a stunning trade-mark finish using the outside of his boot. 6-Ara Contractors 1-5 Ahli (2007) The talismanic playmaker enjoys his habit of chipping goalkeepers, this time with a classy header from six yards out. 7-Ahli 1-0 Zamalek (2007) Scoring in the Cairo derby has been an easy job for the Smiling Assassin during the past decade, and this one left Zamalek keeper Mohamed Abdul-Monsef for dead! 8-Telecom Egypt 2-3 Ahli (2008) Treika opens the scoring with a delightful finish after outpacing the opposition defense with a fine run. 9-Ahli 1-0 Asyut Petroleum (2009) It was the only goal of the game in a hard-fought victory over a resilient Asyut side. The goalkeeper had no chance against this piece of skill. 10-MCDR 1-1 Ahli (2011) A customary penalty in a disappointing draw, but it didn't matter as Abou-Treika became one of seven players to score a century of goals in the Egyptian Premier League.
