Wing-back Emam may not leave Zamalek
Published in FilGoal on 28 - 09 - 2010

Zamalek coach Hossam Hassan coaxed wing-back Hazem Emam into reconsidering his decision to leave the Cairo club.
The young midfielder was about to hand in a transfer request to the Whites' board as he has been confined to the bench so far this season
But after a meeting with Hassan, Emam decided to stay put for the time being.
He should make up his mind whether or not to carry on his career elsewhere after Zamalek's league match with MCDR on Friday.
"I'm happy with what Hassan told me," Emam said to FilGoal.com.
"He said I'm still not fit enough to play and that's why I've been on the sidelines, but he's keen to keep me at the club.
"He wants me to maintain concentration because I will be given the chance to feature for Zamalek soon.

Emam came across as a troublemaker more than once
"I will wait till next match and then make a final decision."
Emam took part in the Zamalek's 2-0 win over lower division side Monouf on Tuesday and is expected to be named for the MCDR trip.
The former Zamalek prodigy burst onto the scene in the second half of the 2008-2009 season, when then coach Michel Decastel opted to rely on several youngsters to help the team end a dreadful run.
He produced some impressive displays to earn an Egypt call-up, with his pace and dribbling skills down the right flank causing menace to opponents.
However, continuous disciplinary problems hampered the progress of the 22-year-old, who is yet to live up to his potential.
He was handed an eight-match ban in a league game last season for snatching a yellow card from the referee and throwing it away.
Early this month, Emam was approached by Libyan side Ittihad, according to the player's father.
