Ahli midfielder Mohamed Barakat is set to make his comeback in Wednesday's league game with Police Union after recovering from a long-lasting injury. The 32-year-old was struggling with a hernia which he first suffered from late last season, but now he's fit to return to action. On the other hand, newly-signed defender Sherif Abdul-Fadil will most probably make his competitive debut with Ahli in the game after being included in the 18-man list. Abdul-Fadil, who joined the Red Devils from Ismaili this summer, wasn't picked for Ahli's league opener against Mahalah. Hani Al-Egeizi is the only striker in the squad, although Osama Hosni was declared fit early on Tuesday. Palestinian goalie Ramzi Saleh was also snubbed. He was said to be available after overcoming a knee injury of late, but only Ahmed Adel and Amir Abdul-Hamid were named. Ahli's squad: Goalkeepers: Ahmed Adel – Amir Abdul-Hamid. Defenders: Wael Goma – Ahmed Ali – Sherif Abdul-Fadil – Mohamed Samir – Sayed Moawad. Midfielders: Ahmed Hassan – Hossam Ashour – Ahmed Fathi – Moataz Eno – Gilberto – Mohamed Abou-Treika – Mostafa Shebeita – Hussein Yasser – Mohamed Barakat – Amir Sayoud. Strikers: Hani Al-Egeizi.
