Asyut snap-up Nigerian starlet

Asyut Petroleum have signed 20-year-old Nigerian defender Sunday Mba Elochukwu, the defender's agent said.
"Elochukwu signed a four-year deal with Asyut Petroleum. He will be one of the best foreign defenders in the league," agent Sunny Ruebens told FilGoal.com.
Elochukwu is tipped to join the Super Eagles youth team, competing in the upcoming U-20 World Cup in Egypt next month.
Asyut currently have two foreign players among their ranks; Cameroonian defender Mavenga Vitale and Nigerian striker Henry Akile.
Gamal Mohamed Ali's team drew 1-1 with newly-promoted Gouna in their opening Egyptian Premier League game.
