Amr Zaki's personal adviser Mohamed Saied said the Egypt striker was the one who decided to end his spell at Wigan Athletic, and not the other way around as recent reports claim. BBC reported on Sunday the Latics opted not to extend the stay of the robust hitman, whose season-long loan from Zamalek has all but ended. However, Saied has a whole different version of the story, saying Zaki has received a host of worthwhile offers from other Premiership sides. "Zaki is not going to stay at Wigan for another season, but he was the one who refused to extend his deal, not vice versa," the player's personal manager told FilGoal.com. "Four Premier League clubs have made solid bids to land Zaki, they have all offered him higher wages than that he's paid at Wigan.
