Al-Badri assures Shadi availability

Ahli assistant coach Hossam Al-Badri said that Shadi Mohamed's knee injury will not prevent him from playing in the Cairo derby on Friday.
There were fears over the defender's availability for the Zamalek clash after picking up a knee injury in Ahli's 4-1 Egyptian League victory over Arab Contractors on Monday.
However, Al-Badri believes the Ahli skipper will be ready to participate against Zamalek.
"Shadi's slight injury will not hinder his appearance in the Cairo derby. He will be ready if needed," Al-Badri told FilGoal.com.
Ahli playmaker Mohamed Abou-Treika is still rated doubtful for the anticipating encounter.
"Abou-Treika's availability will be determined on Thursday," Al-Badri added.
Ahli will be hoping to have the inspirational playmaker at their disposal for Zamalek clash as he always excels in the Cairo derbies.
