Dutch coach Marco Van Basten has been tipped to succeed Huub Stevens as Hamburg manager starting from next summer. Stevens will move to PSV Eindhoven and the German bosses are still looking for a new boss. He made a big impact with Hamburg as he led them to top-five finish in the Bundesliga. There have been several coaches linked with the job including Van Basten. "Hamburg is an interesting club who has a great potential and perspective," the Dutch tactician was quoted saying on Bild. "There are good players to work with but I cannot talk about such things let's wait and see what's in the future Van Basten is currently in charge of Netherlands but his contract expires next summer following Euro 2008.
