Emad Meteb has missed Egypt's last training session before the Pharaohs head to Ghana to begin their African Cup of Nations campaign. The Ahli striker did not participate in Thursday's morning training session due to flu. However, Egypt's medical team insisted Meteb will be available for CAN opener against Cameroon on Tuesday. Egypt coach Hassan Shehata was boosted by the return of key duo Mohamed Abou-Treika and Ibrahim Saied. Abou-Treika was out for a week due to illness while Saied suffered from repeated knee problems.
