A crisis blew up between Zamalek and Ittihad of Alexandria after the latter unveiled the signing of the Whites' youngster Hossam Osama. "Ismaili made an offer for the player and so Zamalek are pushing on him to breach the contract and to accept Ismaili's offer," said Ittihad boss Mohamed Omar to FilGoal.com. Zamalek's spokesman Alaa Meklid denied completely such allegations saying that the 21-year-old striker can't be hired by Ittihad or any other club because he is still under contract for the next three years. On the other hand, Omar revealed that Ahmed Saleh, Mohamed Sharaf, Youssef Taher and Mohamed Al-Yamani signed new contracts and Ghanaian Samuel Qyra is on the way. The Ittihad boss also confirmed that he was able to convince Hossam Abdul-Moneim to extend his stay at the club and that he penned a one-year-deal worth EGP 300 000 instead of moving to newly promoted Etisalat.
