Manchester United coach Alex Ferguson believes his team has good chance to catch up with Premiership pace-setters Chelsea. Chelsea, who lead the Red Devils by seven points in the title race, have five tough matches ahead of them, including a home game against United. "They've got to go to Bolton, Blackburn and then Newcastle on the last day of the season for Alan Shearer's last game for Newcastle," Ferguson was quoted as saying by Sky Sports News on Sunday. The Scotsman insisted that things will go in the right direction for United but stressed they would have to take matters into their own hands at one point.
"There are a lot of things in our favor. But the real decider will be at Stamford Bridge - when we have to win," he said. United produced a crucial home win over rivals Arsenal on Sunday night thanks to goals from Wayne Rooney and Korean international Park Ji-Sung. "It was a five-star performance," said the triumphant Ferguson. "Two fantastic clubs went head to head today and produced some great football at times," he added.
