Egyptian striker Ahmed Hossam 'Mido' is doubtful for Tottenham's Premiership game against Birmingham on Saturday, coach Martin Jol said. "Mido didn't train today, that's our main worry," Jol was quoted as saying by Tottenham's official website. Mido will have a late fitness test on a groin problem on Saturday before deciding whether he can take part in the game or not. The 23-year-old is Tottenham's top scorer this season with 11 goals. If Mido failed to catch the game, English international Jermaine Defoe and Irish forward Robbie Keane are expected to start in the front line. Tottenham are battling with city rivals Arsenal for the Premiership's fourth spot that qualifies to the UEFA Champions League.
