Striker Oussou Konan is set to part ways with Ahli as he looks set to annul his deal with the Cairo giants, FilGoal.com understands. Konan, who returned to Ahli after finishing a six-month loan spell at Saudi side Hajr in May, will convene with football director Sayed Abdul-Hafiz to see whether the Ivorian's contract could be terminated by mutual consent. The 24-year-old failed to make a single league appearance with Ahli since joining from MCDR in the summer of 2012 - having only featured in five Champions league games, hitting one goal in the process. Despite the departure of manager Hossam Al-Badri more than two months ago, Konan still seems to be down the pecking order for boss Mohamed Youssef, who has Emad Meteb, Al-Sayed Hamdi, Dominique da Silva and Ahmed Abdul-Zaher in his frontline. Should Konan leave, Ahli will be having two slots left for foreign players in the team's roster, with Mauritanian striker Dominique the only non-Egyptian among their ranks.
