Egypt coach Rabie Yassin named his team to face Iraq in the Group E clash, recalling star midfielder Saleh Gomaa to his starting eleven. African Youth Championship Player of the Tournament Gomaa, who was dropped from the starting eleven who lost to Chile, will regain his place at the expense of Ahmed Refaat. Coach Yassin will also be making a couple more changes as Mahmoud Hamad comes in to replace Hossam Ghaly in midfield while Ahmed Samir makes way for Mahmoud Wahid in left-back. Skipper Rami Rabiea, Mahmoud Metwalli, Yasser Ibrahim and Osama Ibrahim all retain their places in defense. Mahmoud ‘Trezeguet' continues to fill the holding midfielder position behind Mahmoud ‘Kahraba', who plays as a second forward behind striker Ahmed Hassan ‘Koka'.
