Egypt's Foreign minister appoints new spokesman

CAIRO, Oct, 2018 (MENA) - Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry decided on Tuesday to appoint Ahmed Hafez as a new spokesman for the ministry.
Hafez assumed posts at the Egyptian embassies in Washington and Tel Aviv.
Ahmed Abu Zeid, the former spokesman, was appointed as an ambassador to Canada, according to a presidential decree in August.
