SINAI-Five Egyptian-French dual nationals, including three children, were killed in a car mishap Wednesday in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, according to the official Middle East News Agency. The mishap occurred when a car crashed into an oncoming vehicle on a narrow section of highway just outside the Red Sea resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh, said the head of the emergency services for south Sinai. Two of the victims were men in their 40s and the children were between the ages of 9 and 13, he added. Sinai is a popular vacation attraction for both Egyptians and foreign tourists. Road accidents in Egypt are among the world's highest and are mainly attributed to reckless driving.
