CAIRO, July 8, 2018 (MENA) - "Together for the Sake of Egypt" Conference kicked off Sunday at Ain Shams University Conference Center in the presence of Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Khaled Abdel Ghaffar on behalf of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli.
Local Development Minister Mahmoud Shaarawi, Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi, Cairo Governor Atef Abdel Hamid, President of Ain Shams University Abdel Wahhab Ezzat, former Mufti Ali Gomaa and Head of the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center Bishop Armia are participating in the conference.
The conference comes in response to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's call for building the Egyptian character so as to secure Egypt's march towards achieving progress and prosperity.
Youths participating in the conference will be able receive answers on several youth-relevant issues at the conference's various sessions that will be held during the period from June 8 till 12.
Upon directives of Cairo governor, a cultural program will be organized on the fringe of the conference including visits to museums and historical locations.
