Zarif described the US withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal as unlawful

May 8, 2018 –Foreign Minister of Islamic Republic of Iran Muhammad Javad Zarif, on Tuesday described the US withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal as unlawful.
He said that he was instructed by the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to spearhead efforts to examine whether remaining JCPOA participants can ensure its full benefits for Iran, which will determine the Iranian response.
In a tweet, Mr Zarif said: In response to US persistent violations & unlawful withdrawal from the nuclear deal, as instructed by President Rouhani, I'll spearhead a diplomatic effort to examine whether remaining JCPOA participants can ensure its full benefits for Iran. Outcome will determine our response.
