CAIRO, April 25, 2018 - Egypt's Minister of Tourism Rania El-Mashat held a meeting on Wednesday with representatives of Kazakhstan's tour operators to discuss ways of increasing tourist flights between Egypt and Kazakhstan. The meeting was attended by Red Sea governor Ahmed Abdullah and South Sinai governor Khaled Fouda. It followed Egypt's participation in the Kazakhstan International Exhibition "Tourism and Travel" – KITF which was held in Almaty from April 18 to 20. Minister El-Mashat told a press conference that the Kazakhstan market was one of the most promising markets for Egypt. Kazakhstan's tour operator representatives said that there were 19 tourist flights between the two countries every week. They added that they were ready to increase the flights from the Red sea destinations, such as Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada, to Almay and Astana and vice versa.
