CAIRO, March 11 (MENA) - The Egyptian Academy for Engineering and Advanced Technology of the Military Production Ministry and Engineering Faculty of Badr University have signed a co-operation protocol. State Minister for Military Production Mohamed Saeed el-Assar said at the signing ceremony that the protocol includes conducting basic and applied scientific research in order to link scientific research with industry as well as to develop the manufacturing and production system in Egypt. Under the protocol, the academy will offer facilities to students of the Engineering Faculty to use its advanced laboratories, said the minister. Training courses will also be provided for the students at companies and facilities affiliated to the Military Production Ministry, he added.
