Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, representing President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, inaugurated the third edition of the International Sports Expo 2025, held under the President's patronage. Accompanied by Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhy, alongside several ministers, ambassadors, and key sports officials, Madbouly toured the expo's diverse pavilions, underscoring Egypt's commitment to advancing sports and investment in the sector. During his tour, Madbouly visited several key pavilions, including Al Ahly Club and Captex Company, a leader in artificial turf production. The Minister of Youth highlighted Captex's ongoing investment expansion, which includes the production of footballs and sports shoes, with future plans for a dedicated sportswear manufacturing line. The Prime Minister also explored "The Club" pavilion, where he reviewed its expanding presence in Sheraton, 6th of October City, and the New Administrative Capital. He examined the model for its new branch in the capital and prototypes of sports fields and health clubs. Additionally, he toured Al-Mudun Company for Sports and Youth Services' pavilion, where he commended its efforts in constructing, developing, and maintaining stadiums and sports facilities. Al-Mudun presented its expansion strategy, which includes new projects beyond its current collaboration with the Ministry of Youth. Madbouly continued his visit at the United for Sports pavilion, where he praised advancements in sports broadcasting and professional match coverage, encouraging further innovation in the field. At the Arab Organization for Industrialization pavilion, he was briefed on the organization's latest initiatives to enhance cooperation and partnerships, as well as its role in supplying cutting-edge sports equipment to meet market demands and boost exports. At the Soccerex pavilion, the company showcased its expertise in organizing major international sports events and its partnership with the expo to advance club management and sports technology. The Prime Minister also toured the Estadat Sports Investment and Score Grass pavilions, with Score Grass aiming to expand its artificial turf exports to multiple countries. Sports Expo 2025 also featured key events, including the Youth Social Responsibility Conference, where two significant initiatives were launched: "Speak Arabic," aimed at strengthening cultural identity, and "Promote Egypt," designed to enhance the country's local and global marketing efforts. Madbouly also explored the Hayat School of Arts Exhibition, where 1,500 students from 70 international schools showcased their artistic talents, earning his praise for their creativity. Further highlights of the event included a presentation on FC MASAR, a club founded in 2019 that secured championship titles in 2022 and 2023, with an ambitious €30 million investment plan through 2027. The Prime Minister also engaged with activities by the Egyptian Street Sports Federation and explored the E-Gaming pavilion, reflecting the expo's broad scope in modern sports trends. As a premier global sporting event, Sports Expo 2025 attracts leading figures, companies, and international clubs, reinforcing Egypt's vision of becoming a hub for sports and investment. The event focuses on key themes such as sports and technology, investment opportunities, and fan engagement, highlighting innovative digital solutions, funding strategies, and advanced marketing analytics to shape the future of the sports industry.
