Go Khozam rebrands to IL CAZAR Developments
The company rebranded itself without any structural changes: Chairperson
Published in Daily News Egypt on 11 - 04 - 2022

Go Khozam Developments rebranded itself to IL CAZAR Developments as part of the company's plan to transform into an international brand.
Chairperson of IL CAZAR Developments Nader Khozam said that the change is only in the company's name and that no changes have been made in the company's shareholders' structure or ownership, adding that the main objective of changing the name is to enable the company to become a global brand in Egypt.
Khozam explained that the name IL Cazar means 'Caesar', and it is an international registered trademark through which the company seeks to have an imprint with global standards in its current and future projects.
He added that the company initiated its business in real estate market through the Go Heliopolis Project, which was completely sold out and will be delivered by the end of 2022. The project is a residential project located in Heliopolis and includes 1,500 units.
Khozab also pointed out that the company is also developing the Creek Town New Cairo Project in the First Settlement with investments estimated at EGP 8bn, as the project is located directly on the Suez Road on an area of 100 feddans and is divided into three phases. The compound consists of 1,500 units and will be delivered by 2024.
Furthermore, the company is expected to open two projects this year, a project in New Alamein on an area of 80 feddans with a lake frontage of 1,200 sqm with investments worth EGP 3bn, and an administrative commercial project in the First Settlement on 130,000 sqm with investments of EGP 4bn.
