Real Gate: Egypt's biggest property exhibition featuring leading developers
Published in Daily News Egypt on 24 - 03 - 2021

The Real Gate Exhibition, Egypt's biggest property exhibition held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, is taking place at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in Cairo on 25-27 March.
The exhibition, organised by ACG-CBE, will provide exceptional investment opportunities, as the Egyptian real estate industry continues to grow exponentially amid the increasing demand for the sector's products.
This growth aligns with Egypt's Vision 2030 that considers urban development as a key pillar for growth, and real estate developers as an integral part of it. Mega projects are being launched across Egypt, especially in new areas and the country's fourth generation cities.
More than 38 exhibitors representing major real estate developers confirmed their participation at The Real Gate Exhibition. The developers will showcase their various projects in governorates and new cities, which reflects the future of real estate in Egypt in the coming years.
The Real Gate Exhibition is expected to attract around 20,000 visitors, both in person and virtually through the event's digital application.
Ahmed Ghozzi, President of ACG-ITF and co-organiser of The Real Gate Exhibition, said that real estate exhibitions play a significant role in the sales rates of real estate developers. He also said that The Real Gate Exhibition will provide offers and payment facilities catering to the demands of different segments of society who wish to own homes.
He also affirmed that strict precautionary measures will be implemented during the exhibition to ensure the safety of visitors as a top priority.
Coping with the remarkable growth in digital transformation around the world, The Real Gate provides cutting-edge technologies that allow visitors interested in Egyptian projects from around the world to virtually visit the exhibition.
This makes The Real Gate Exhibition the first hybrid real estate exhibition in Egypt where visitors can use an application or physically visit the exhibition at the EIEC, Ghozzi concluded.
Daily News Egypt interviewed the most prestigious real estate developers in the Egyptian market, all of whom affirmed the resilience of the local real estate sector since the second half (H2) of last year, expecting that the sector will boom in the current year.
They stressed that developers this year will compensate for the decrease in sales compared to their targets due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Others, however, believe that the sales will back to their pre-pandemic levels.
