Ismaili deny Fulham interest in Al-Hadari

CAIRO: Ismaili chairman Nasr Aboul-Hassan denied recent reports claiming that Fulham had made an offer for goalie Essam Al-Hadari.
I can t comment on a bid that doesn t exist, Aboul-Hassan told FilGoal.com. We will consider letting Al-Hadari go should Fulham contact us.
A week ago, Watford offered to sign the 37-year-old on loan till the end of the season for LE 1.3 million.
However, Aboul-Hassan revealed that the English Championship side s bid was turned down.
We rejected Watford s offer because it wasn t financially rewarding, he said.
Al-Hadari, who is widely considered as the best keeper in Egypt s history, was landed at Ismaili in the close season after ending a 17-month spell with Swiss team Sion.
The Egypt first-choice relatively managed to maintain his assured displays between the sticks this season, but expressed his concerns over Ismaili s unconvincing start to the season.
