Batelco Introduces E-Services For Its Simsim Prepaid Customers

Batelco, the Kingdom's leading telecoms provider, is delighted to announce a fantastic new service that will make topping up SimSim Prepaid accounts very quick and super convenient. A number of online e-services previously only available for Batelco's postpaid customers are now available for SimSim prepaid customers too.
SimSim customers need to register to use Batelco e-Services by following a few quick and easy steps via Batelco's homepage on Batelco.com. They can then log in to view the status of their prepaid account such as checking the expiry date of their account and any remaining credit. In addition to being able to refill their prepaid account/s, customers can also refill any other Batelco prepaid account by using a credit or debit card. Furthermore, prepaid customers also have the facility to add Batelco bolt-on services such as Blackberry service and Top 5.
"The new service has been designed in response to our customers' wishes to give them greater convenience in topping up their prepaid accounts using their Debit or Credit cards, from the comfort of their home or office or while on the go via their mobile devices," said Batelco Group General Manager Media Relations Ahmed Al Janahi.
Batelco encourages all its prepaid and postpaid mobile subscribers who have not already registered to use e-Services to register via the batelco.com homepage. The site is user friendly and includes educational tutorials for the assistance of customers.
Batelco's e-Services portal features e-Billing which is very popular with Batelco's postpaid customers. The portal also provides ease of access for customers to a range of services such as managing their broadband or mobile accounts, subscribing or upgrading to a range of broadband and mobile services, customizing mobile packages, reserving 'nice' mobile numbers plus much more.
