Raya launches the first Oracle iStore in MENA and Europe

Raya International Services, subsidiary of Cairo-based Raya Information Technology, has launched the first Oracle iStore reference across the Middle East and Europe at Petromin, it announced in a statement Sunday.
Raya's high-level of expertise, with more than 200 references in the Middle East and the successful 3-years business relationship with Petromin were some of the key factors for Petromin to choose Raya over other several Oracle Partners.
The 4 months project will provide Petromin with a powerful tool that allows the creation and management of e-commerce websites, driving profitable customer interactions aligning with the new market's emerging needs. Petromin is considered the first lubricant producer to implement Oracle iStore in the Gulf region, the Middle East and Europe.
The iStore implementation will provide Petromin's distributers and partners with a full range of online purchasing capabilities, including order tracking and returns, shipment tracking, in addition to supporting promotional discounts and agreements.
The Petromin Corporation is specialized in lubricant oils such as manufacturing, industrial, and automotive oils and lubricants. Distributing its products to over 35 countries worldwide, Petromin is the largest lubricants' producer in Saudi Arabia, owning one of the biggest plants in the Middle East located in Jeddah.
