EGP climbs vs USD in Wed.'s trading close

The Egyptian pound (EGP) gained EGP0.1081 against the US dollar (USD) on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
The CBE reported an average buying rate of EGP 48.2751 per dollar and a selling rate of EGP 48.3746, compared to Tuesday's rates of EGP 48.3832 and EGP 48.4832, for buying and selling respectively.
