Egypt's Central Agency for Organisation and Administration (CAOA) head Hatem Nabil met with Egypt's Healthcare Authority (EHA) chairman Ahmed El-Sobky to discuss collaboration on enhancing the healthcare system, the Cabinet has said in a statement. The two sides agreed to begin updating the organisational structure of the EHA in line with its expanding responsibilities under the Universal Health Insurance (UHI) system. The move aims to boost institutional efficiency and improve service quality for citizens. El-Sobky praised the CAOA's responsiveness to the authority's staffing and administrative issues in recent months, describing it as a clear reflection of the agency's commitment to supporting health sector reforms. Both officials highlighted the importance of creating a flexible and modern organisational framework that aligns with sector transformations and ensures optimal use of human resources.
