Egypt's Housing Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny met with a representative from Estadat Sports Investment Company to discuss expanding cooperation on managing recreational facilities in new urban areas, the Cabinet said in a statement on Tuesday. The talks are part of an agreement between Estadat and the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) focused on operating leisure spaces and swimming pools in residential compounds across several newly developed cities. Minister El-Sherbiny said the initiative aims to enhance the quality of life for residents by offering high-standard recreational services, protecting investments in these facilities, and preserving the urban aesthetics of Egypt's new cities. The minister also reviewed progress on managing entertainment venues in six cities and proposals to expand services and make better use of land, the statement said.
