Asia-Pacific markets were mixed following the anticipated decision by the US Federal Reserve to keep rates unchanged. Japan's Nikkei 225 index rose by 0.25 per cent, while the Topix index decreased by 0.11 per cent. South Korea's Kospi index rose by 0.21 per cent, and the Kosdaq index advanced by 0.58 per cent.
