Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi, SCAF's Chairman, will determine today the constituent assembly's destiny during a meeting with the parties and Egyptian political powers' representatives. Both of Mohamed Morsy, FJP's Chairman, and Emad Abd Al Ghafour, AL Nour Party's Chairman, will attend the meeting in addition to all the Egyptian parties' chairmen. This meeting came after their arguments around the assembly and its affect on the political arena. In his last meeting with the Egyptian parties' representatives, Tantawi said that “drafting Egypt's new constitution is the important stage of road map, which should be written by all Egypt's segments because it will last for long time to rule Egypt". The parties' chairmen, during the last meeting, expressed their opinions on the constituent assembly, as some see it expresses the Egyptian street; while others assured that it lost a lot of criteria; especially about selecting the 50 members out of the parliament.
