Forbes Middle East announced on Friday its partnership with Saudi property Magnom to build its first new zero-carbon commercial tower in Cairo's New Administrative Capital (NAC), this came during the World Economic Forum in Davos. Forbes international tower features captivating curves of glass and steel that launch skyward to form 55 floors of flexible office space, which will elevate standards of green design and push boundaries of modern construction. The project designed by the American architect, Adrian Smith, who designed Burj Khalifa, the Jeddah Tower, and Trump Tower in New York City (NYC), as well as giant and high-rise projects around the world. "We are excited to partner with Magnom Properties to work with the world-renowned architect, Adrian Smith, and build the first sustainable international tower under the Forbes name," said Mike Federle, CEO of Forbes. Federle added that it would be "a cutting-edge and responsible tower where businesses can thrive in the heart of one of the most iconic cities in the world." The partnership agreement comes under the backdrop of a global study that has underpinned the strength of real estate in the Middle East as a core driver of economic growth and investment of choice buoyed by strong demand fundamentals.
