Cairo - A news report suggested that terrorist group (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria/ ISIS) might have guided 'Khalid Masood' using WhatsApp (Internet-based application) minutes before the assailant perpetrating his attack last Wednesday. More speculations rised about terrorist groups using virtual application to communicate secretly and arrange their attacks. According to news coverage, Paris attackers (in 2016) used encrypted communications to coordinate their attacks with ISIS. Masood killed four and injured 50 before he was shot dead in the Westminster attack in the United Kingdom. William Watkinson from International Bussiness Times (IBT) said Masood was using the messaging service WhatsApp around two minutes before he ploughed his car into innocent pedestrians, sparking fears he may have been guided by an Isis mastermind.
