Islamic State (IS) terrorist group leading member Abu Obeida Al Masri announced in a number of websites and jihadist forums that Ansar Masr group will pledge its allegiance to IS leader Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi, Al Bawaba News reported Tuesday. The terrorist leader attributed his decision to swear allegiance to IS to his group's failure before Egypt's security campaign that killed a number of their leaders. Ajnad Masr is an Islamist militant group that was formed in November 2013 and targeted Egyptian security forces. The group claimed responsibility for a number of terrorist attacks launched this year in Egypt, wounding dozens of policemen and civilians.
