Urgent lawsuit to ban Al-Nour from running for parliament

An urgent lawsuit was filed Tuesday before the Administrative Court to ban Al-Nour Party from running for 2015 parliament, Al-Bawaba News reported.
The lawsuit demanded the head of High Election Committee (HEC) to reject the candidacy documents of Al-Nour, as the party was established in violation to the 2014 Constitution which prohibits forming political parties with religious reference.
